Ayesha Takia Azmi has worked as an actor in Hindi films since the year 1986. Ayesha Aziz won Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for her starring part of the title role in Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was also her acting debut. In the following years, she starred in a variety of popular films like Paathshaala 2010 Wanted 2009 Salaam-E-Ishq 2007 as well as Socha Na Tha 2010. Ayesha declared her veganism in public, when she was a part in PETA's India advertisement. The year 2006 saw her listed among the Most Desirable Indian Women.
